We are looking for an organized and detail driven assistant to help the CEO with his daily tasks. Computer knowledge of Microsoft Office and excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
-Transcribe dictation efficiently and accurately
-Maintain calendar to include scheduling meetings, conferences, events and travel arrangements.
-Provide personal administrative support such as maintaining schedules of personal events, tasks, activities, travel arrangements, etc.
-Manage special projects which may require researching information and preparing reports.
-Must be able to create an itinerary of detailed travel plans, including researching best arrival and departure times, providing options, booking flights, hotels, and ground transportation. Must be able to explain why certain travel times, routes and accommodations have been chosen.
-Handle confidential and sensitive information.
-Proficient in Microsoft and Mac/Apple environment; internet and web savvy.
-Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and sensitivity to confidential matters.
-Scheduling, travel logistics, verbal and written communication skills, organizational and planning skills.
-Good internet research skills.
Pay starts at $17/hour.
